The weather is finally getting warmer and so we have been sowing plenty of seeds! Gordon B and Richard B have created tall wigwams for the runner beans to climb and smaller wigwams for the French beans to climb – these were made from willow that we have recycled from the German trench. We’ve also sown the brassica seeds – kale, broccoli, cabbages and Brussel sprouts.

The warmer ground also means that the weeds are waking up too so there were quite a few of those to be removed before the seeds went in!
